Speculations and stories behind the suspension of the NUESA UNN president, (Mr. Godwin Nwangele) have been the talk of the day in resent times in the faculty of Engineering and its environs. Owing to the resent pronouncement of indefinite suspension of the President by the Speaker of the NUESA House of representatives.
In the notice releases by the house, it was clearly stated that the house members present in a plenary sitting on the 21st of June 2017 at 4pm, cast a vote of no confidence of on the president which resulted in the eventual suspension. The notice was copied to the Dean of Students affair, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and the Staff advisor of NUESA UNN.
The pronouncement according to the notice was due to a number of alleged charges and misconduct of the President.
The conclusion of the notice reads;
Thus, the NUESA House of Representatives hereby wishes to announce to the students of the faculty of engineering and all parties concerned that as from this moment, Mr. Godwin Nwangele has been suspended from his position as president of the engineering faculty and as such ceases to handle any official transaction, activity or meeting forthwith in the name or on behalf of the faculty.

make sure that the rest of the tenure for them becomes worthwhile and fruitful.
Today marks the beginning of the Engineering week and plans have been put in place to make the Engine night to be a blast (Just like last session).
speaking wit the director of Socials Comr. Onah Victor he said that the engine night will not be lower tha what it was last session. it is important to note that the Engine night last year was a blast with ZORO (Ogene) live in UNN.
The Vice President, Comr. Obidiozor Ebele, who have quickly assumed acting president is working every way possible to make sure that projects that will benefit the student of the faculty will be carried out and that the Cultural day become a memorable one.
